The retail shop is located at the back of the farmyard.
It is stocked in line with the seasons with the fresh fruit and vegetables of our “terroirs”.

Direct from the local cheese maker!

A wide range of artisanal cheeses made by our partner, master cheese maker Mathieu.

These cheeses are made in his workshop with cow’s milk from the region (Bas-Rhin). He favours local and high quality raw materials in order to offer you cheeses with a unique taste.

Let yourself be tempted by the discovery of fresh cheeses, flavoured tommes, raclettes from the Alsatian region made by our local artisanal cheese factory.

The Thierry Schweitzer farm in Schleithal, pigs raised on straw bedding and fed on cereals.

Pies, quiches, terrines, meat pies from Lorraine (pâtés lorrains), fricadelles

In our kitchen workshop, fresh vegetables are cooked to make these various savoury pastries. The meats are of French origin. The ingredients come from the local area.

. Pies: from the farm, the queen, with chicken, sauerkraut, ham, vegan
. Terrines: grandmother, peasant, country, duck
. Quiches : Provençal, Lorraine
. Pâtés lorrains: different sizes = individual, 2 persons, 4 persons
. Fricadelles with or without potatoes

Pending on the season:

sparagus pie, duck pie with foie gras
. Goat/spinach quiche, asparagus quiche.

Many other dishes are available depending on the season such as :
– cooked sauerkraut
– cooked salted turnips
– cooked red cabbage

Potato pancakes, spaetzle, raw vagetable salads, queen bite filling (garniture pour bouchée à la reine) 

The various cooked dishes or small delicatessen dishes are cooked with fresh seasonal vegetables from the local area in our kitchen. The meats are of French origin.

Saturday cakes, cakes

Every Friday, the kitchen team prepares various cakes for the Saturday markets:
– braids
– walnut cakes, lemon, marbled
– apple pie
– pear pies
– blueberry, pear/chocolate muffins

Pastry creations change according to the availability of fruit/products.

Each season has its own fruit!

Soups or velouté

Especially in winter we offer a wide variety of fresh soups and velouté made in our kitchen workshop:
. Vegetable soup,
. Pumpkin soup,
. Split pea soup, …
. Cream of mushroom soup with ceps,
. Poultry cream, .

The soups are evolving according to the seasonality of the vegetables.

Each season has its own soups!

Raclette cheese

Cheese directly from the Fruiterie de Frasne (Jura). During the season, we offer for sale :
– Raclette in pieces made from raw milk,
– Young Comté,
– Old Comté.

The ideal accompaniment :
– potatoes,
– white ham, smoked ham, smoked bacon, smoked filet mignon,
– gherkins (Alélor)
is available in the farm shop or at the market.

Asparagus in brine

If you are missing asparagus, we have the solution!

We have packed asparagus in brine in jars during the season.

Make the most of it, as stock is limited!

They are made with fruit and vegetables from the garden or from the regional “”terroir” .

All ingredients are natural:  no colorants, no artificical preservatives.

2 Versions are available : sugar and less-sugar.

Blueberries : you like in PUR JUS or SIROP ?

No added sugar


Low-calorie fruit, high in fibre, vitamins C and E, and essential nutrients.

Their beautiful blue colour comes from its high content of anthocyanins, pigments with antioxidant properties. Blueberries have between 25 and 30 different antioxidants, the highest rate for a fruit.

The PUR JUS is available in bottle of 0.50 cl and 0.25 cl.

The SIROP is available in 0.50 cl bottle.

Remember to fill up with vitamins and antioxidants during the winter season!
