Cream of leek and chestnut soup

Ingredients :
1 onion
3 leeks
1 potato
250g whole cooked chestnuts
3 bouillon cubes
1.5l water

Preparation :

In the pressure cooker, fry the onion in the olive oil. Allow to brown.

Add the sliced leeks.

Simmer until the leeks are almost cooked.

Add the small potato, peeled and cut into pieces, and the chestnuts.

Cover with water immediately and add the stock cubes.

Close the cooker and allow to cook for 10 minutes from the time the pan begins to whisper.
