Sweet potato chips

Preparation time: 15 min. / Cooking time: 30 min. / Easy to make / Cost: cheap

For 6 persons
850 g sweet potatoes
30 g flour     
1.5 tablespoons olive oil
1 tsp. spices
(mixture of paprika, cumin and cayenne pepper)
1/2 teaspoon salt

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Peel the sweet potatoes.

Wash and then cut the sweet potatoes into 1.5 cm thick chips.

In a bowl, mix the flour, salt and spices.

Mix the fries with the oil, add the flour to the spices and mix well.

Spread the fries on a single layer, on a large plate.

Brown for about 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C, turning them gently during cooking.
