Blueberries pie

Preparation time: 30 minutes / Cooking time: 30 minutes + 10 minutes

Dough 
200 g flour     
75 g sugar
100 g butter   
1 egg  
½ chemical yeast bag
1 pinch of salt

Trim  
700-800 g blueberries (to taste)
50 g wheat semolina
75 g sugar

The day before, prepare the dough.

The next day, spread the dough with a roller and garnish a buttered pie dish. Prick the bottom, cover with a thin layer of semolina.

Garnish with blueberries, put in the hot oven.

After 30 minutes, sprinkle with powdered sugar and put back in the oven for 10 minutes.

Let cool and enjoy.

The pie is even better with a little whipped cream as an accompaniment.
